In order to provide for the on-going needs of our clients and their families, we have developed a legal services option that we call our Enduring Services Program. The premise of this option is that clients pay an annual fee to retain us on a continuing basis to handle their legal needs. From drafting a will or trust, to setting up a guardianship for an elderly or disabled loved one, to administering an estate, we represent clients in their needs through every stage of their life's cycle.
Clients who retain us get a free hour-long consultation to discuss their financial situation and goals estate planning objectives. We then craft their estate planning documents to help them meet their objectives. On an ongoing basis, we keep track of their assets and adapt their estate planning documents accordingly. Additionally, families involved in this program receive discounts on certain legal services, such as a free power of attorney and health care surrogate document when their child turns 18. Clients also receive discounts on probate services when a loved one passes away.
