About Mitchell Kitroser

Mitchell Kitroser was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1958 and grew up in New York City. In 1979, Mitch obtained a B.A. in Mathematics from St. John's University, Jamaica, New York, and a Law Degree from St. John's University in 1982. He practiced law in New York for 12 years, including serving as the confidential Law Clerk to Justice Richard A. Goldberg, Justice of the New York State Supreme Court, Kings County, New York.

Relocating to Florida in 1995, Mitchell served for over five years as an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County. In 2000, Mitchell Kitroser opened a private practice in West Palm Beach, Florida, focusing on Real Estate, Probate and Estate Planning. He is also the owner of Symphony Title Insurance Company.

Mitchell is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, and Colorado with 25 years experience in the practice of law. He is a member of National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), member of the Real Property and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, a supporter and advocate for Alpert Jewish Family & Children’s Services, and sits on the Advisory Board of the American Jewish Committee of West Palm Beach.

Mitchell has been married for over 17 years to his lovely wife Sharon and they have two wonderful kids, Samantha and Cole.
