A graduate of St. John's University School of Law in 1982, Mr. Kitroser worked as an associate in a real estate practice and then in civil litigation before taking a position as law clerk for New York State Supreme Court Justice Richard A. Goldberg, a position he held for 11 years. Mr. Kitroser moved to Palm, Beach County in 1995, accepting a position as Assistant State Attorney with the Palm Beach County State Attorney's office. Mr. Kitroser left that position in December, 2000 and has been in private practice ever since. Mr. Kitroser focuses his practice on matters pertaining to estates, trusts, wills, guardianships, real estate and matters concerning the elderly, including Medicaid Planning and end of life planning. Mr. Kitroser is a member of the Elder Law and Real Property and Trusts sections of the Florida Bar and is also admitted to practice law in both New York and Colorado. Mr. Kitroser is married with two children and is a resident of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
