PERSONAL ATTENTION AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

Choosing an attorney is a process in which research, referral, and relationship are keys. With Mitchell Kitroser & Michelle Eichelman on your side, the process becomes one of mutual respect and trust, particularly when you are addressing the sensitive topics of emergency planning, estate planning, probate and trust issues, guardianships, elder law, and Medicaid planning. Their experience in these areas of the law can provide you with the confidence that your unique issues are being addressed.  As Mr. Kitroser has frequently stated, “all estate plans are customized.”

His clients include young families with minor children who are wrestling with potential issues of guardianship and trustee duties if something were to prevent them from raising their children, parents with special needs children of any age, including adult children of aging parents, and families with the need to do Medicaid planning for a loved one who may need long term nursing home care.  “Advising any clients about estate planning requires that the advisor take the time to get to know the unique aspects of the family, from the clients to the beneficiaries.  One family may have children that all get along well and another may not.  The two estate plans will not look the same, nor should they” states Kitroser.

Once a plan is created, the work does not necessarily end.  Family situations change all the time resulting in the need for changes in planning.  Once you are a client, all modifications are completed at a reduced rate.  Additionally, Mr. Kitroser will always take your call on any legal questions.  Call Mitchell Kitroser, P.A. for an appointment to join our family of clients and begin customizing a plan for you and your needs.

Finding an attorney who also has experience in all the facets of real estate transactions allows you to expand that trust across the most expensive decisions you will ever make.  Mr. Kitroser has, over his professional career, been a licensed real estate broker and a licensed mortgage broker and is currently an owner of Symphony Title Insurance Agency, LLC.  He has experience in all facets of real estate transactions and has represented buyers and sellers on many occasions.  Mr. Kitroser can be relied upon by his clients to review all agreements, including real estate listing agreements and lender’s good faith estimates, to evaluate whether they are in your best interests, since, as your lawyer, he will represent you in the transaction.

Michelle Eichelman has concentrated her practice on issues of Bankruptcy and Family Law.  Her clients include those in financial distress, who are searching for solutions to problems of overwhelming debt.  Other clients are those involved in divorces and adoption proceedings.  Ms. Eichelman knows that many of these cases can be handled without animosity and therefore, at a lower legal cost to the client.
